Charlotte Phinney is the former owner of Charlotte's Salon and Boutique in Scituate, Massachusetts.
Charlotte's Salon was honored by Salon Today for being one of the top 200 fastest growing salons in the
United States. The salon was chosen by Mariner Newspapers as Best Salon, in many categories year after
year. Redken honored Charlotte's with an award for the performing highest volume of hair color in New
England.
Charlotte and her team continually update their education to stay on the cutting edge of the industry. A partial
list of their further education includes Martin Parsons School of Cutting, Redken Fifth Ave advanced color and
design, David Nicholas International Advanced Makeup and Mac Pro New York Airbrush training.
